Rehearsal Guidelines and Reminders

Hello,

I hope everyone is excited to begin our wind sectional rehearsals this week!

I wanted to send out a few reminders for you as we prepare for the first gathering:

1. Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of rehearsal.

2. Review the procedures that were sent out last week, including the check in process.

3. Wear your mask at all time! If you do not have a mask, you will be asked to leave.

4. Parents should stay in the car as they drop you off.

5. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to march. Athletic shoes are a requirement!

6. Bring your own cooler of water! You are not allowed to us the ice room or ice machine anymore, so please remember to bring your own water. NO SHARING!

7. You must stay socially distanced at all times.

8.  You will not go inside the building unless you need to check out a school instrument. Once you have the instrument, plan on taking it home with you.

9. Bring a binder with plastic sheet protectors for your music.

10. Complete the pre-screening test prior to arrival.

11. Bring all completed forms with you. Forms are all located in the student section on the band website.

12. Your ride must pick you up at 8:00 PM. We can not have anyone waiting around for a ride.

Please understand that these are guidelines set forth by CFISD, Cypress Park Administration, and your directors. They are there to ensure your health and safety, and require your 100% cooperation!
